Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you fill out the contact form or the free-checklist form on our website, or a lead form in one of our Facebook or Instagram ads (Meta “Instant Forms”), we collect what you choose to share. Depending on the form, that can include:

• your name and business name
• email address and phone number
• your role, team size, and industry
• your message and any preferences you select (for example, how you'd like to meet)

We also receive anything you send us directly by email or phone.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours receives basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the page that referred you. If you arrive from an ad or a link with tracking parameters (such as utm_source or a Facebook click ID), we save those values so we know which ad or video brought you to us. • to occasionally follow up about our services; you can ask us to stop at any time
• to understand which ads, videos, and pages bring people to us, so we can spend our marketing budget wisely

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We rely on a few trusted companies to run the website and our business. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services:

• Vercel hosts this website and processes standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type).
• Resend delivers form submissions from the website to our inbox.
• Google Workspace provides our business email, calendar, and documents.
• Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) runs our ads and lead forms, and provides the Meta Pixel and Conversions API we use to measure how those ads perform.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.

Our website uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta that sets cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc) and tells Meta when someone views a page or submits one of our forms. When you submit a form, we also send that event to Meta from our server through Meta's Conversions API. Before we send your email address, phone number, or name, we convert them into a one-way scrambled code (a SHA-256 hash) so Meta can match the event to a Meta account without us sending the details in readable form. We send this along with your IP address and browser information. Meta uses this to measure our ads and to show our ads to people likely to be interested. Meta's use of this data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.

We also set one first-party cookie of our own, es_attr, which remembers the ad or campaign that brought you to the site for up to 30 days so we can include it with your form submission.

How to opt out:

• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or browse in a private window.
• Change how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Meta ad preferences (including the “Activity information from ad partners” setting).
• Opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info.
• Email us at taimac@elevatedsolutionsgroup.co and ask us not to use your information for targeted advertising.

We keep inquiry and lead information only as long as we need it to respond to you, follow up, and keep reasonable business records. If you become a client, we keep project and billing records as long as needed for the work and for tax and legal purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.

We use reputable providers, encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and access controls on our accounts to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy
• correct information that is inaccurate
• delete your information
• stop sending you follow-up emails, or stop using your information for targeted advertising

To make a request, email taimac@elevatedsolutionsgroup.co from the address you used with us (or tell us how you contacted us). We may ask for a little information to confirm it's you. We'll respond within 45 days and won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.

The Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act took effect on July 31, 2025. It gives Minnesota residents rights including to access, correct, delete, and get a portable copy of their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling. Whether or not the law's size thresholds apply to a business our size, we honor access, correction, and deletion requests from anyone, using the process above. We do not sell personal data. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and if you're not satisfied you may contact the Minnesota Attorney General's Office.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top. For significant changes, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know.
